Driver Training Program

Run Inc offers a wide range of knowledge and training, helping you to achieve higher levels of career growth. We train individuals to become professional drivers better than any other Carrier in the industry. New drivers also have opportunity to spend time with their mentors behind the wheels to learn critical skills including:

  • Safe operation of the equipment and technology
  • Best practices in customer service
  • Techniques for hauling and delivering loads

Paid Training

All training is paid and is done in small groups. You can also expect to train on the same trucks and trailers you’ll drive on the job.

Mentor Program

We assign mentors to new drivers so you can observe experienced team members on the road. Run Inc. also provides ongoing knowledge and training so you can continue to grow and achieve your goals.

Teams

You’ll be a part of a highly dedicated team who strive to improve every day. New hires have the option to drive in teams so they can ask questions and get help and support from other drivers.

Run Warrior Program

There’s some terrific work taking place at Run Inc., and we want to recognize and reward these outstanding contributions in a meaningful way. People are the backbone of our organization, and we are always looking for ways to say, “thank you.” We celebrate the hard work of our drivers through a reward and recognition program we call Run Warrior.

What’s Run Warrior all about?

This program is a personalized approach to employee rewards and recognition. We want to recognize hard work with amazing experiences and cash prizes. Run Inc. will be announcing the best employee every year and every month, with three nominations:
