Meet the Team
SUNNY VRAITCH
Sunny Vraitch is the CEO of Run Inc. Sunny is responsible for managing the leadership teams directing Run Inc.’s: Run Roadlines, Run Rail, and Warehousing divisions.
Sunny has a background in management consulting and private equity before entering the transportation logistics space. Sunny led and scaled a small regional refrigerated carrier to large national carrier status, and served as CFO of the organization. At Run Inc., Sunny has brought experiences and learnings from his corporate and consulting background to develop a logistics organization that provides timely, efficient, and people-first solutions to customer needs.
Sunny holds a degree in macroeconomics and behavioral psychology from the University of Chicago. He is a prolific collector of emerging contemporary art and a passionate supporter of classical music and underground jazz.
KEVIN TERRILL
Kevin Terrill serves as the President of Run Roadlines, the OTR, LTL, and warehousing operations of Run Inc.
Kevin Terrill has been involved in the trucking and warehouse industry for over 35 years. Kevin began his trucking career working on his family's 1,200-acre dairy farm in Wisconsin. Kevin has driven trucks, tractors, and every piece of farm equipment during this time. Kevin joined the Navy in 1979 and 1983 was released with an honorable discharge.
Kevin drove over 1- million miles throughout the United States before starting his own trucking and warehousing company. Kevin owned and ran over 100 power units, and 300,000 sq ft of dry and refrigerated warehouse space, and built a team of 52 employees to provide exceptional customer service. Kevin has worked directly with major national brands like Del Monte, Ghirardelli, Campbell Soup, Costco, Food for Less, California Bottling, Dryers Ice Cream, Neslie Dry, and Herseys, along with many other outstanding customers.
Kevin closed his business in 2019 and joined the Run Inc. team in 2021. Kevin is driven by understanding the importance and value of his drivers, employees, and customers. Kevin still holds his Class A License, has been an Officer of the National Trucking Association, Past Vice President of the California Trucking Association, Member of the San Joaquin Chamber of Commerce, Lodi Chamber of Commerce, Moose Member, and is a Shiner Master Mason. Kevin remains an avid outdoorsman and golfer.
CHRIS JOSLYN
Chris is a highly accomplished individual who serves as the President of Run Rail, leveraging over three decades of expertise in the Transportation/Supply Chain Industry. Throughout his illustrious career, Chris has occupied key leadership roles such as President of Hub Group Pacific Northwest, CFO of Phoenix Logistics, and CEO of CJ Solutions Group and Lightning Xpress.
An alumnus of Western Michigan University with a degree in Geophysics, Chris is renowned for his solution-oriented approach and unwavering commitment to fostering innovation and advancement within our organization.
Currently based in Gilbert, AZ, Chris resides with his wife and their beloved Goldendoodle, epitomizing a well-rounded leader both personally and professionally.
MARK SHEPPARD
Mark Sheppard currently serves as Senior Vice President for Run Rail. He has been a key member of the Run Rail leadership team since April 2023. Mark is responsible for developing and maintaining Railroad Relationships, Business Development/Sales, and Marketing/Pricing strategy.
Mark began his career at Kansas City Southern Railway in September 2004, where he managed the Intermodal and Automotive marketing and pricing team. He transitioned to Canadian Pacific Railway in June 2008 to lead the Domestic and Cross Border Intermodal Sales team. He returned to Kansas City Southern in 2015 in the role of Senior Sales Account Executive for the Domestic and Cross Border Intermodal Sales team.
Mark has over 19 years of railroad experience, specializing in Domestic and Cross Border Intermodal Sales and Marketing. He also has experience in supply chain management working with major rail, Intermodal, ocean, truckload, and 3rd party logistics companies.
He holds a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
Mark resides in Olathe, KS with his wife and two children.
